UK & EU Delivery Information

  • Dispatched orders are always correctly insured.
  • Items are normally dispatched within two business days (Mon-Fri) unless an announcement is shown. 
  • Delivery costs are specific to each item, so please visit the checkout for exact pricing.
  • Generally, items £25 and under are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature; items £75 and under are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature; items over £75.01 are FREE and sent via Parcel Force Express 24 with Signature.

 

Worldwide Delivery Information

  • Briggs & Things are not responsible for customs costs and there may be additional charges for you to receive your parcel once it has arrived in your country.
  • Briggs & Things are not responsible for any order once it has crossed the international border.

 

UK & EU Returns & Cancellations

  • UK & EU returns are accepted and a refund for the item(s) will be issued once it is received and is still in its original condition. 
  • Please email briggsandthings@hotmail.com within 14 days of item receipt to begin a return request. Requests after this time will not be accepted. 
  • Original delivery costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for all return charges (this includes return postage costs & also customs costs if item(s) need re-importing to the UK).
  • We recommend you send your items via insured delivery, as if it is lost in transit, Briggs & Things will not be responsible for a refund and you will need to be reimbursed by your carrier. 
  • Cancellations are accepted if the item has not been shipped, however fees will not be refunded.

  • Unless stated, clothes sizes are via the Cath Kidston sizing chart below. Sizes are in centimetres (cm) not inches (in).
  • Measurements are not given out by email.
