UK Returns & Cancellations

• UK returns are accepted and a refund for the item will be issued once it is received and it is in its original condition. 
• Original delivery costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return delivery charges.
• We recommend you send your items via insured delivery as if it is lost in transit, Briggs & Things will not be responsible for a refund and you will need to be reimbursed by your carrier. 
• Please email briggsandthings@hotmail.com to begin a return request.
• Unfortunately no order can be cancelled once placed, but depending on the circumstances, a change may be possible.
